Objectives The Project Management will aim at:

  • Ensuring effective coordination and collaboration within the project and monitoring progress
  • Ensuring the fulfillment of the project activities and targets within time schedule and budget constrains
  • Guaranteeing overall project planning and scheduling
  • Representing the entire Consortium towards the Commission and the representatives of other projects
  • Organising project meetings as appropriate
  • Coordinating the preparation and distribution of all reports
  • Coordinating the internal and external (to the Commission) reporting and documentation
  • Ensuring effective coordination between the project and external organisations
  • Coordinating the financial management

Description of work: Each partner will:

  • Contribute to the co-ordination of the project as requested by the co-ordinating partner
  • Provide regular reports on the activities performed
  • Provide administrative reports following the cost statements schedul
  • Provide one representative to the Project Management Committee
  • Provide regular progress reports for work packages of which they are package Leader or Partner
  • Provide financial statements relating to project expenditure according to cost claim periods

The work that should be carried out within this work package to ensure the achievement of the aforementioned objectives is divided in the following tasks:

Task 7.1. Overall project administration

Task 7.2. Consortium meetings

Task 7.3 Continuous evaluation and assessment of project progress and results – Quality control – Risk and Contingency Plans

Task 7.4. Preparation of project reports
